About

I have a background in social work, primarily working with homeless youth. It was these experiences, as well, as my life path that led me to become a therapist. I offer trauma-informed, person-centered, somatic, cultural relational, and attachment-based therapy. I believe therapy can be a place to deepen our understanding of ourselves, which can in return offer more choice to day-to-day life moments. I remain curious, compassionate, and non-judgemental to complex emotional experiences. From my lived experience of being a neurodivergent + genderqueer person, I strive to offer a therapeutic container that is affirming, creative, & individualized.

When I am not being a therapist I love to travel, garden, hang with my pet ducks <3, read, connect with loved ones, strength train, & tap into creative spaces.
